Every figure is the whole monthly allowance spent on that one model at the size shown, rounded down. Real work mixes models, and adding audio, references or a higher resolution costs more per second. What a run costs is shown before it starts.
Frequently asked questions
Plan credits. Monthly and annual plans both release their allowance a month at a time. Each release is good for 31 days from the day it lands, then resets automatically: whatever is unspent is cleared as the next month’s allowance arrives.
Purchased credits. Valid for two years from the day they land, then cleared. Not refundable and not transferable.
Model credits. Valid for two years from the day they land, on the same terms.
Daily sign-in credits. 20 a day, usable that day only, cleared overnight.
Plans and credits are digital goods and take effect the moment they are bought, so a purchase cannot be refunded or transferred. Check what you have chosen before paying. If you are charged twice, or something goes wrong at checkout, contact support and we will put it right.
They come back. Credits held for a failed run are returned to the same wallet within two hours, and the original entry in credit history is marked as returned. Nothing is charged for a run that produced nothing. If a return has not arrived after that, contact support.
By default: free credits, then model credits, then plan credits, then credits you have bought. Free credits are grants, model gifts and daily sign-in rewards. Within one kind, whatever expires soonest goes first.
You can set your own order instead, from the credit store or from credit history. Free generations granted with a model are always used before any credits at all.
Upgrade the plan — it takes effect immediately and the new allowance lands at once.
Buy general credits — any amount, any time, usable on every model.
Buy model credits — the cheapest route if most of your work runs on one model.
On the tiers marked for it, yes, and the interest is ours rather than yours. A plan bought in instalments is not refundable, and a missed payment is between you and the payment provider, whose own fees apply.

Contact supportFor seven days after a purchase, a better offer on the same tier can be claimed as the difference.
Covered: free generations on named models, and bonus credits granted with a plan.
Conditions: paid no more than seven days ago, the plan still active, and the same tier, billing period and kind of bonus. One claim per order, per model bonus.
A topped-up benefit expires with the plan it was granted against, and is neither refundable nor transferable.
Not covered: the plan price itself, offers that have already closed, and plans granted through a referral or a gift rather than paid for.
A claim not made inside the seven days is not backdated.
Contact supportWhile the pass is valid, the models it covers run without spending credits. One unlimited run per model at a time, and at busy hours a run may queue.
The pass runs on its own fixed term, independent of the billing period. Renewing, cancelling or resubscribing neither resets it nor extends it.
Upgrading while a pass is still valid unlocks the higher tier’s models immediately and restarts the term.
It covers work done by hand, not by script: CLI and automated generation are outside it. To keep the GPU pool stable, usage that looks automated may have access paused for review, and restored once a person is confirmed at the other end.
