1. Scope and responsible organization

This policy applies to the Nova Studio website, accounts, creative workspaces, connected services and support communications. BOYU Labs is responsible for the personal information described here.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information produced while you use Nova Studio and limited technical information required to operate, secure and improve the service.

  • Account, profile, organization, role, language and membership information.
  • Project inputs and outputs, including text, scripts, references, images, audio, video, scene data, workflow settings and approvals.
  • Subscription, credit, invoice and transaction status. Payment-card details are normally handled by the payment provider.
  • Device, browser, approximate region, feature usage, error, security, cookie and local-storage information.
  • Authorized information from connected identity, storage or model services when you choose to connect them.

3. Creative inputs and generated content

Nova Studio may process text, documents, URLs, images, audio, video, scene data, prompts and configuration values to provide the creative action you request. A request may be sent to an approved infrastructure or model provider only when the relevant provider-backed feature is available, configured and explicitly run. The current preview does not provide a public publishing workflow; avoid using sensitive material until the applicable workspace security boundary has been verified for your use case.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, operate creation tools, save project state, process subscriptions, support users, diagnose errors, prevent misuse, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations. Where required, processing is based on a contract, consent, legitimate interests or law.

5. Cookies and local storage

Session storage and local storage support authentication, language, guest access, editor drafts and recovery. The current foundation does not load optional audience analytics. A future analytics implementation must add the required notice and consent controls before loading. You can clear local data through your browser controls.

6. Collaboration and sharing

Private workspace content is intended for authorized users and providers that need access to run the service. If a sharing or collaboration feature is made available and you deliberately use it, the information you select may be visible to the recipients you choose.

7. Providers and disclosure

BOYU Labs does not sell personal information. We may share only the information reasonably required with hosting, database, authentication, storage, security, payment, support and AI infrastructure providers; authorized collaborators; professional advisers; or authorities when required by law.

8. International processing

Nova Studio may serve users in multiple countries and rely on providers in multiple countries. Where required, BOYU Labs uses contractual, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information transferred across borders.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts and projects, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, meet legal duties and enforce agreements. When information is no longer required, it is deleted, de-identified or restricted, subject to backup cycles and legal requirements.

10. Security

The current foundation uses authentication, database row-level policies and transport security supplied by connected infrastructure. Security work remains in progress and known limitations are tracked before wider release. No online service can guarantee absolute security; contact us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. You can also change cookie preferences, close an account and remove projects where available. Send requests to hello@novastudio.world.

12. Younger users

A person who cannot legally agree to the Service Terms in their location should use Nova Studio only with authorization from a parent, guardian, school or other responsible organization. We do not knowingly seek personal information from a child without the authorization required by applicable law.

13. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as BOYU Labs, Nova Studio, legal requirements and providers evolve. Material changes may be announced through the website, product or email. Contact hello@novastudio.world. Postal address: 41 Woodlands Avenue 9, #05-00, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore 737728.
