Plain-language summary

We collect the information needed to run NovaStudio and NovaOS, provide AI and marketing workflows, secure accounts, remember preferences and improve performance. We do not sell personal information. Private workspace content stays private unless you choose to share or publish it. You can control non-essential cookies and request access, correction or deletion by contacting us.

1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how NovaStudio handles personal information when you visit novastudio.world, contact us, request access, create or use a NovaOS account, enter a guest preview, use the standalone Canvas, upload materials, generate or manage content, participate in creator or marketplace activity, or use related services.

NovaStudio operates from Singapore. In most website, account, product, support, analytics and sales situations, NovaStudio determines why and how personal information is handled. Where NovaStudio processes workspace information on behalf of a business customer, that customer may also act as the organization responsible for the information in its workspace.

A separate written agreement, product-specific notice or connected provider policy may apply to a particular service. If it conflicts with this policy, the more specific notice applies to that service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide, information created through your use of NovaStudio or NovaOS, and limited technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the services.

  • Account and profile information, such as name, email address, authentication provider, organization, role, language, country or region, avatar and membership status.
  • Business and contact information, such as company name, website, industry, job title, project requirements, meeting requests, sales messages and support conversations.
  • Workspace and project information, such as brand guidelines, campaign briefs, target audiences, customer personas, prompts, workflow settings, uploaded documents, images, audio, video, generated outputs, approvals, creator briefs, lead forms and reports.
  • Subscription and transaction information, such as plan, credits, invoices, order status and payment confirmation. Full payment-card details are normally handled by the payment provider rather than stored by NovaStudio.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser, operating system, device type, approximate region, pages viewed, referral source, session events, feature usage, error logs, security events, cookie identifiers and local-storage values.
  • Connected-service information received when you use Google, GitHub or another authorized integration, limited to the permissions you approve.

3. AI inputs, uploaded files and generated content

NovaOS may process text, images, audio, video, documents, URLs, prompts and configuration data to provide campaign planning, content generation, AI video workflows, image workflows, GEO/AEO analysis, summaries, recommendations and related automation.

Some requests may be sent to trusted AI model or infrastructure providers when you choose to run a generation or analysis. Private workspace content is not made public unless you publish it, share it or authorize access. NovaStudio does not currently use private workspace content to train a general-purpose public model. If that practice changes, we will provide separate notice and obtain permission where required.

Camera, microphone, photo library, file storage or similar device permissions are not opened by default. We request access only when you choose a feature that needs it, such as uploading a reference image, recording media or exporting a file. Refusing a permission may disable that feature without preventing use of unrelated features.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and lawful authority to upload, process, publish or share the materials and personal information you provide.

4. How and why we use information

We use information only for legitimate, disclosed and reasonably necessary purposes. Depending on the service and your location, processing may be based on performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests, or compliance with legal obligations.

  • Create and secure accounts, authenticate users and manage workspace access.
  • Operate NovaOS, Canvas, workflows, uploads, generation tools, creator delivery, marketplace features, reporting and customer-support functions.
  • Remember settings, maintain project state and personalize the product experience.
  • Provide sales consultations, service communications, security notices, billing information and support responses.
  • Measure website and product performance, diagnose errors, prevent fraud, enforce platform rules and improve reliability.
  • Improve product design using aggregated, de-identified or feedback-based signals where reasonably possible.
  • Comply with law, protect users and NovaStudio, and establish or defend legal claims.
  • Send optional marketing communications where permitted. You can unsubscribe or object at any time.

5. Cookies, local storage and analytics

NovaStudio uses necessary cookies and local storage for security, consent records, language settings, guest preview, account access and product state. Some NovaOS workflows and Canvas projects may be stored locally in your browser until cloud synchronization is added or enabled.

On public NovaStudio pages, a Google tag may load in restricted Consent Mode with analytics and advertising storage set to denied. In that state, NovaStudio does not permit analytics cookies or normal page-view measurement. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity measurement are enabled only after you allow Analytics through the cookie controls. Marketing storage remains disabled unless you separately allow it.

You can accept all, reject non-essential technologies or manage individual preferences through the cookie banner. You can reopen Cookie Settings from the website and withdraw or change consent at any time. Browser settings may also let you delete cookies and local storage, although doing so can remove saved preferences, guest access or locally stored projects.

6. Public content, collaboration and sharing

Content in a private workspace is intended to remain accessible only to authorized users, workspace administrators and service providers that need access to operate the service. If you publish a project, create a public link, submit to a marketplace, invite a collaborator or send work to a creator, the information you choose to share may be visible to those recipients and may include your profile name or project details.

Please review a project before publishing or sharing it. Information that another user copies, downloads or republishes may remain outside NovaStudio even after you remove the original public item.

7. Service providers and disclosure

NovaStudio does not sell personal information. We may disclose only the information reasonably needed to trusted providers, collaborators or authorities for the purposes described in this policy.

  • Hosting, database, authentication, storage, security, email, analytics, customer-support, payment and AI infrastructure providers.
  • Google, GitHub or other connected services when you authorize sign-in, publishing, storage, analytics, communication or workflow permissions.
  • Workspace owners, team administrators, creators, contractors or delivery partners involved in a project you request.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers or potential transaction parties under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security or the integrity of the service.
  • A successor organization if NovaStudio is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate notice and safeguards.

8. International processing and transfers

NovaStudio is based in Singapore and may use providers or team members located in Singapore, the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Japan, Korea or other locations where our service providers operate. This means information may be processed outside your country.

Where required, we use contractual, technical and organizational measures designed to provide a comparable standard of protection, such as data-processing terms, access controls, encryption in transit, provider security reviews and transfer safeguards recognized by applicable law.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the service, maintaining accounts and projects, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, meeting accounting or legal obligations and enforcing agreements.

Retention periods vary by data type. Account and workspace information is generally retained while an account or customer relationship remains active. Security logs, consent records, transaction records and backups may be kept for a limited additional period. When information is no longer required, we delete it, de-identify it or restrict further use, subject to technical backup cycles and legal requirements.

10. Security and incident response

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, authentication, least-privilege permissions, encryption in transit, logging, monitoring, backup procedures and security review of providers.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should use a strong password, protect authentication codes, review collaborators and public links, sign out from shared devices and contact us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

If a personal-data incident is likely to create a material risk, we will investigate, take reasonable containment and remediation steps, and notify affected individuals or regulators when required by applicable law.

11. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your personal data is used. You may also be able to close your account, remove projects, change cookie preferences and unsubscribe from marketing communications. Send requests to hello@novastudio.world.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, legitimate business records or the rights of another person.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant privacy or data-protection regulator in your jurisdiction.

12. Children and younger users

NovaStudio and NovaOS are designed primarily for business, professional, creator and educational use. A person who cannot legally agree to the Service Terms in their location should use the service only with authorization from a parent, guardian, school or other responsible organization.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from a child without the consent or authorization required by applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information improperly may contact us to request review or deletion.

13. Policy updates and contact

We may update this policy as NovaStudio, NovaOS, legal requirements and service providers evolve. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the website, product interface or email where appropriate.

For privacy, account, correction, deletion, security or data-use questions, contact hello@novastudio.world. Postal address: 41 Woodlands Avenue 9, #05-00, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore 737728.

NovaStudio service terms

Service Terms

These terms apply to website access, guest preview, account access, beta or trial usage and NovaOS services unless a separate written agreement applies.

1. Accounts and access

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your login credentials. Access may include guest, beta, trial, free or paid features. NovaStudio may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements or material service disruption.

2. Your materials and permissions

You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant NovaStudio the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit and display those materials to provide the service you request. You must have permission to use personal data, brands, music, images, voices, footage and other protected material included in your projects.

3. AI outputs and professional review

AI-generated content, recommendations, reports and workflows may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, advertising, legal, financial, compliance or business use. NovaStudio does not guarantee a specific search ranking, conversion result, revenue outcome or approval by a third-party platform.

4. Marketplace, creators and payments

Creator delivery, marketplace assets, subscriptions, credits and paid services may be subject to additional pricing, refund, revenue-share, approval and dispute terms shown at purchase or in a separate agreement. Interface previews do not create a right to a feature or price until the relevant transaction is confirmed.

5. NovaStudio intellectual property and service availability

NovaStudio and NovaOS names, interfaces, software, workflows, templates, documentation and platform structure are protected assets. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse them except where law permits or NovaStudio gives written permission. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
