These terms explain when Nova Studio subscriptions, credits and digital services can be cancelled, corrected or refunded.

All purchases are final once digital access or credits are delivered. Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal but does not refund the current paid period. We still honour any refund or remedy that applicable law requires, and we review duplicate, unauthorized or undelivered charges.

1. Digital services are final sale
Nova Studio provides digital subscriptions, immediately available account entitlements, usage credits and compute-backed AI generation services. Once a payment is completed and the purchased entitlement or credits are made available, the sale is final and non-refundable. This rule applies except where a refund, cancellation right or other remedy is required by applicable law; nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period. You may cancel before the next renewal through the available account or billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not provide partial, prorated or retroactive refunds for unused time, credits or features, except where required by law.
3. Credits and promotional entitlements
Credits are limited service entitlements used to access Nova Studio features. They are not money, stored value, a deposit or a transferable asset, and they cannot be redeemed for cash. Purchased, bonus and promotional credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a generation fails before a usable service is delivered, restoring the consumed credits is an account correction rather than a cash refund.
4. Payments we will review
Contact us promptly if you believe there is a duplicate charge, a confirmed unauthorized payment, or a paid entitlement that was not delivered and could not be restored. We will investigate the transaction and, where appropriate or legally required, correct the account or return the affected payment to the original payment method. A review does not guarantee a refund.
5. Purchases that are not eligible for refund
Subject to applicable law, refunds are not available for change of mind, selecting the wrong plan or pack, unused subscription time or credits, dissatisfaction with the style or quality of probabilistic AI output, device or third-party compatibility, failure to cancel before renewal, promotional price changes, account restrictions caused by a breach of our terms, or credits and services that have already been used.
6. Immediate supply of digital services
By completing checkout, you request that Nova Studio begin supplying the digital service immediately. Where local law recognizes a cooling-off or withdrawal period for digital content or services, immediate performance may affect that right only to the extent permitted by that law. Stripe or another payment provider may also present payment-method-specific notices at checkout.
7. How to report a billing problem
Email hello@novastudio.world with the account email, Stripe receipt or transaction reference, purchase date, amount and a short explanation. Do not send full card or bank-account numbers. Requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the charge. Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method and processing time is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.

We may update this policy for new products, payment methods or legal requirements. The version shown when you purchase applies to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
