Is there a minimum duration requirement?
Yes, the minimum billable duration is 15 seconds. Any final output under 15 seconds will be billed as 15 seconds to cover the baseline rendering compute.
What is the revision policy?
Each project includes 2 rounds of free modifications. If further revisions or complete re-rendering (due to client brief changes) are required, a 20% premium surcharge based on the duration will apply.
Do I own the rights to the video?
Absolutely. Once full payment is received, you obtain 100% commercial usage rights for the final delivered video across all digital platforms globally.
How do payments work?
We require a 50% deposit before production begins. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery approval. We support major Fiat currencies via Wire Transfer and Crypto (USDT/USDC).
